The PCD drawing die is the diamond polycrystalline drawing die, which is made by sintering diamond powder under the action of a metal catalyst (cobalt) using a high-pressure and high-temperature process. 1. Composition

Diamond drawing dies have a wide range of uses, mainly used for drawing straight and difficult-to-machine objects such as bars, wires,pipes, etc., and suitable for drawing processing of steel, copper, tungsten and alloy materials. It can draw high-precision wires used in electronic devices, radars, televisions, instruments and aerospace, as well as commonly used tungsten wires, molybdenum wires, stainless steel wires, cable wires, and various alloy wires.

1. It is suitable for various materials machining and no need to consider its applicability. Compared with other material drawing dies, it has better toughness, high hardness, high precision, good wear resistance. Even if it works for a long time, the surface finish and accuracy of the wire can be guaranteed.
2. The diamond drawing die is made of high-pressure crystallization, which can ensure the out-of-roundness and high surface finish of the wire, and has a long drawing life. It is not prone to die abrasion and flat wire phenomenon during the drawing process, and the performance is excellent.
3. Polycrystalline diamond drawing dies have a longer life than cemented carbide  drawing dies. When drawing copper wires of the same diameter, the life is 300-500 times that of cemented carbide dies and 80-100 times when drawing nickel wires. When drawing molybdenum wire, its life is 50-80 times that of cemented carbide die, while when drawing carbon steel, the life of polycrystalline diamond die is 20-60 times that of cemented carbide die.
4. PCD mold is suitable for long-term production operation and drawing wear-resistant wire. Polycrystalline diamond molds are available in various grain sizes and are available in supported and unsupported configurations.
