The Mid-Autumn Festival, It is one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture; its popularity is on par with that of Chinese New Year. The history of the Mid-Autumn Festival dates back over 3,000 years. The festival is held on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunisolar calendar with a full moon at night, corresponding to mid-September to early October of the Gregorian calendar. On this day, the Chinese believe that the Moon is at its brightest and fullest size, coinciding with harvest time in the middle of Autumn.
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Apple carbide company held a Mid-Autumn Festival event to make moon cakes, an essential food for the Mid-Autumn Festival.


Step 1

Mix all ingredients, stir until there are no lumps, let it stand for 30 minutes, and knead until smooth and the crust is finished.


Step 2
Prepare matcha filling, cream filling, red date filling, bean paste filling, honey jasmine filling

Step 3
Flatten the crust and wrap the filling into it, seal the mouth and put it into the mold, and press hard to finish the mooncake. Refrigerate for better taste.
